Here’s an easy meal to make, which doesn’t even really require a recipe.
For the pork, you can cook it in a sous vide, grill, fry pan or by other means.
The pasta and mushroom sauce is easy, too. Just make a basic white sauce and add some mushrooms of your favorite type. When still hot, top pasta with sauce.
The asparagus dish pictured also has fresh radishes and shallots. Start by sautéing the shallots in some type of oil (I used duck fat for extra flavor), then add the radishes for a minute, then the asparagus. Be sure not to overcook.
The biggest trick to this meal is to ensure that everything is done cooking at the same time.
