OK, so this is a lame post-Xmas post. You’ve probably seen this recipe before, so maybe this is a reminder of just how good and easy this is.
What you’ll need:
- 1 whole Delicata squash
- Olive oil or spray oil
- Salt
What to do:
Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Wash the outside of the squash, ‘cuz you’ll be eating it.
Cut it in half, lengthwise, and scoop out the gross squash guts and seeds.
Cut the lengths into about 0.5-inch-thick slices.
Oil or spray a baking/cookie sheet and lay the slices on it. Spray the tops of the slices, if you feel like it.
Bake for about 10 minutes and turn. Bake for 10-15 more minutes, or until well browned.
Eat them hot. They’re good for you.
