Believe it or not, I had messages from Kimberly and Todd within 12 hours of each other. Kimberly is eager to learn and wanted to test my omelet method. Judging from the above photograph, she got it down pat. She even sauted her fillings to make it even yummier.
Todd, on the other hand, comes from a food family (his brother is a professional). He turned out this mushroom and sharp cheddar omelet without breaking a sweat.
He then went on to that prince of egg dishes, the creme brule! Thanks for sharing guys!
